FIBERGLASS FABRICATOR Looking to permanently fill positions with experienced fiberglass fabricators producing small, high quality precision molded fiberglass composite products. Interested applicants must have experience with gel coat, chop spray, roll out and wet/green trim. Fabricator will work at a single work station producing their own parts. If an individual possessed the required background and experience the starting salary would likely be as high as $15/hour. Applicants with previous experience but requiring some specific training can expect to start at approximately $13/hour. This position is a day shift. All new hires will be eligible for one week paid vacation the first year of employment upon successfully completing 6 months of employment. Employees accrue one additional day of paid vacation per year of employment. There are 8 paid holidays, 2 paid sick days, company contributed retirement plan and company contributed health plan. This position requires minimal compulsory overtime. The production floor is heated and air conditioned. Safety and protective clothing are provided at no cost. There is a prescription safety glass reimbursement plan.
